UPDATE: Telford Fire Company has received the following messages regarding the statewide 911 outage

UPDATE

UPDATE (7/12/25 10 AM): Telford Fire Company has has been notified that the statewide issues with 9-1-1 call delivery has been resolved.

If you need to contact police, fire, or EMS in Montgomery or Buck Counties, call 9-1-1. Please do not contact 9-1-1 simply to check if the system is working.

 

07/11/2025 2300hrs : Bucks County Update: The 911 impairment appears to have been mitigated. The system will continue to be monitored throughout the night by Emergency Communications Center staff. This is the last planned message for this evening.

 

07/11/2025  2010hrs: 911 Call Centers are still observing an impairment to 911 call delivery into the centers and throughout the state.  They are working with the vendor and PEMA to work towards a resolution.

 

07/11/2025 1615hrs:   Telford Fire Company has received the following messages regarding the statewide 911 outage

From Montgomery County – ALERT: Pennsylvania is currently experiencing a statewide issue with 9-1-1 call delivery. The public is being directed to call 610-635-4300 if they are unable to get through to the Emergency Communications Center via 9-1-1. A statewide EAS message will be sent by PEMA to notify the public of the outage.

From Bucks County – ALERT: The State of Pennsylvania is experiencing a 911 call service impairment. Some Providers Emergency Calls are being rerouted to our non-emergency lines. A Local and state EAS message is being prepared.  Resident will be advised to call a non-emergency number in the event they cannot reach out center via 911

In The Event Of An Emergency

Telford Borough residents should call 610-635-4300 as Montgomery County dispatches all emergencies in Telford Borough on both the Bucks and Montgomery county sides of Telford Borough.

Bucks County residents in the Telford Fire Company coverage area of Hilltown and West Rockhill should call 215-328-8500 and stand by for further EAS messages from Bucks County.
