Landes Diversified Services LLC in Souderton is a family owned and operated business. Corey Landes, owner, can fix just about anything and certainly knows his way around construction equipment. He started his business small, working on customers cars and equipment on-site and then in his home garage, all while holding down a full-time job and rasing four kids. His wife, Gwen kept things organized by doing the paperwork and billing. Together, with the help of their children and a good friend Jesse and his wife, they started building their clientele.

In 2008 they became an LLC company. Two years later, they “stepped out into the water” (which means they stepped out in faith, not really knowing how it was going to work out) and Corey quit his full-time job to run their company full-time. With a few large clients and his regulars, he was busy every day and they were growing. In 2012, they “stepped out in the water” again and they moved into their 4-bay shop in Souderton. Steadily building a larger clientele, they were clearly outgrowing this shop. So, just two years later, in 2014, they were “stepping” again when God was asking them to move to a 5 bay garage in Schwenksville where the parking area and garage are larger.
